Made further adjustments to "Strike" type skills, in attempts to make targeting even more accurate.
Affected skills include:
1) Deathstrike
2) Scourge Strike
3) Crusader Strike
4) Stormstrike

Paladin:
1) Fixed an issue where Seal of Command was not dealing the damage listed in the tooltip.

The following skills received cosmetic changes:
1) Scourge Strike
2) Crusader Strike
3) Stormstrike

General changes:
1) Added new portraits for custom classes on the character creation screen.
2) Every map should now always spawn the maximum number of events (chests, shrines, enemies etc.) originally intended in the base game.
This should result in more loot drops, more to do, and more mobs to fight.

Deathknight:
1) Blood Shield now lasts 5 seconds.
2) Mind Freeze has had its cooldown reduced by 0.2 seconds each level.

Shaman:
1) Flame Elemental, Ice Elemental and Sand Hulk have had their health and resistances increased.
2) The mana cost for Chain Lightning was previously erroneously set at 0. Chain Lightning now costs mana to cast :(

General:
1) Mana costs have been adjusted across the board.
2) All "Strike" skills have had their target tracking tightened slightly, hopefully leading to fewer whiffs. These skills include:
1) Deathstrike
2) Scourge Strike
3) Raptor Strike
4) Crusader Strike
5) Stormstrike

Shared Spells:
1) Adjusted Summon: Aloe Gel's cooldown and summon duration.
2) Implemented Summon: Blood Skeleton into the game.
3) Zombies summoned by Summon: Blood Zombie and all levels of Summon: Zombie can now follow you around the map.

Deathknight:
1) Death Coil
- reduced cooldown by 0.2 seconds each level.
- Death Coil heals even if Blocked.

Paladin:
1) Swapped Devotion and Holy trees to more closely mimic vanilla WoW's paladin tree. From left to right, the trees are now Retribution, Devotion, Holy.
2) Swapped Vindication with Clarity of Mind in the Holy tree to give more options for sustain earlier in the game.
3) Imposing Presence:
- added "reduce target's damage done" component.
- "Increased damage taken" value substantially reduced from 75% to 30% at max level.
- changed the debuff FX particle
4) Holy Shock
- reduced cooldown by 0.2 seconds each level.
5) Handweapon Mastery
- armor reduction lasts indefinitely.

Shaman:
1) Chain Lighting:
- charge gain reduced by 50%.
- added Weapon DPS% component
- can now proc Precision.
2) Earth Shock/Flame Shock/Frost Shock received identical functionality changes:
- reduced cooldown by 0.2 seconds each level.
- added Weapon DPS% component
- can now proc Precision.
3) Might
- fixed a bug where Might had a 100% chance to stun.
- changed the skill icon.

Paladin:
1) Hand of Justice should now become available at Level 24, and can be upgraded once every level up thereafter.

General changes:
1) All enemy mobs should no longer be able to critically strike.
2) Caster-type mobs have had their HP reduced.

Shared Spells:
1) Skeletal Archers can now move and follow you, rather than be rooted to their spawn location.

Fish:
1) Transformation times for newly implemented normal fish were incorrectly set at 3 mins. These have now been increased to 5 mins.

d) Venom Fish

1) Resolved an issue where some ranks of Deathstrike didn't target enemy mobs properly.
2) Scourge Strike now has a 100% chance to inflict poison status.

Hunter:
1) Increased Vasha's armor values slightly.
2) Vasha now has a high chance to shatter shields.
3) Ice Flyers now have a moderate chance to freeze targets.
4) Vrska now has an above average chance to freeze targets.
5) Raptor Strike now hits in a 180 degree arc (up from 45).

General:
1) Reduced the total number of Aloe Gel's that can be summoned at once to 1 (down from 10).

- those bonuses are overall weaker up to max level
