several small tuning adjustments, damage, acc, ship hold repair rates, ect..

i totally scrapped Gearbox's hw1 corvette damage and weapon files, im using my own at this point, and i reverted the damage to the old HW1 values (much lower on average) this should make tuning easier on the brain and calculator..
honestly tuning hw1 corvettes and fighters to fight hw2 is a nightmare.

changed hw1 Light and Heavy corvettes description to more accurately represent what it does for those who don't know.

also tuned hw2 fighters vs hw1 more..

changed all 4 races old hyperspace damage code to the new stuff.

crashing when trying to start a 2nd game seems to of lightened up.

torpedo frigate anti corvette torepdo tweaked again.. this should be the last time, i think i have the damage figured out now.
cluster torp was throwing me off. if im right, each torpedo does what the file is set to, so to have all of them do the damage i actuially want, i need to devide the damage by the number of submuntions. in this case 4.

hw1 corvette weapons tweaked vs other hw1 targets.

im also trying to huntdown a access error bug, i found some stuff in research and cleaned it up. not sure if it will help.

also trying a research experiment with an alt set of "cleaner" code to see if i can replace my hyperspace damage upgrade with that.

drone frigate weapons tweaked. projectile speed, range, and drone tracking speed increased.

hw1 cruiser weapon firing arcs adjusted slightly.

hiigaran destroyer weapon slave time adjusted slightly to make it look better.

torpedo frigate anti corvette torepdo tweaked again.. (still not working right, though i may get it next patch)

hw1 corvette weapons tweaked vs all targets. (may still need fine tuning. testing is needed)

248,863 crash bugs still in the code...

OK syntax errors should be fixed.. Hopefully no more derailed trains...

onto patch notes..
Not many notes for this patch, but it was still a GOOD ONE! =)



-Minor balance changes (again strikecraft related..)


and the big troublesome one..
-Resource rocks on hw1 maps set to homeworld 2 defaults. (yay now they are playable lol)

RU rock resource density on homeworld 1 maps:
For a classic feel, use Low RU multiplayer on these maps.

For normal gameplay use.. err normal..

If ya don't wanna run around every 10 min for new patches and you're lazy like me and everyone else i play with (nothing wrong with this btw), use High. =)
