*Plague deals 6 damage a tick and lasts until the player gets healed via health pack, resupply cabinet, Medigun, Crusader's Crossbow, Amputator, or dispenser.*
While I like the initial idea, IMO there needs to be a cooldown or cost for the main gimmick of the idea. Otherwise, this thing would be way too powerful. here's my take on it:
(+) On Hit Ally: Apply 'Stimulant' to ally target hit. Target is healed for 25% of their health and receives a speed boost at the cost of 25% Uber.
(+) This weapon has an extended melee range
(-) -25% Damage Penalty
(-) -33% Slower Swing Speed
(-) Cannot apply 'Stimulant' to teammates if Ubercharge stored is below 25%
