Please note that I can't make guarantees. Other modders may remove or add things which break compatibility, or a mod that appears to function perfectly may encounter a game breaking error in 1800 that no one could anticipate. Please remember this is just a quick reference, not an exhaustively researched guarantee.
If you develop or use a mod that you'd like to add to this list, please let me know. If your mod is in an "outdated" list when it is up to date, or vice versa, please let me know. I try to keep track but I miss things sometimes.

Confirmed compatible by the developer Tinholt (though note that all new Beyond Typus content will still be using vanilla artwork). Last checked 2018 (1.25)
Confirmed compatible by the developer RNGesus (Also with all of my (Draíocht's) personal addons). Last checked 2018-4-12 (1.25)
Checked only a few, but appears very likely all *graphical unit overhauls* are fully compatible with Beyond Typus, so long as they do not change any other files. Last checked 2018-4-23 (1.25)
Confirmed compatible by the developer Reddbane. Last checked 2018 (1.25)

Fully compatible with Beyond Typus as of BT 8.0 (1.24)
This compatibilty patch version of TheatrumOT for the TypusOT projection was at least at one point compatible with Beyond Typus, though lately it seems to require manually renaming it.
A rework intended to bridge some of the differences between Beyond Typus and vanilla while introducing new mechanics and missions.
This is the most recent work in progress version. More content, more bugs, more bug fixes.
***DISCONTINUED*** (Work was becoming greater than the reward)
Before the ever growing updating work forced me to scrap the idea, I (Draíocht) maintained a "classic" version of this mod without any of my new content. Unfortunately I had to discontinue support after major changes 1.23-1.25 made the updating process seem unfeasibly daunting.
***DISCONTINUED*** (Being rebooted by Draíocht as an addon for BT)
A fantasy mod that splits nations into both historical and ahistorical divisions with an emphasis on multiplayer balance. Using Beyond the Pale's map from back when HR was around, since SE2.0 it uses Beyond Typus as a base map.
***DISCONTINUED*** (Merged with Imperialism Reinvigorated)
A compilation mod including Beyond Typus merged with many other mods.
Not to bore anyone, but a simple explanation of the way EU4 handles mods should be very helpful in answering many questions. In short, so far as I have figured out, mods are read by Clausewitz (EU4) engine in alphabetical order, and once any given mod file is applied, it will not be overwritten, even if later mods attempt to alter the same file.
What this means is that if two mods both alter the same file, this will not neccessarily result in incompatibility. Rather, the 1st (alphabetically) of the two will be loaded, and the 2nd will be ignored, and problems only arise when something in the 2nd mod refers back to one of the changed files that is not included, because the 1st mod's version is used instead.
Due to the nature of this system, almost everything except map changes are theoretically compatible with everything else if written perfectly, with the worst effects being sub-optimal balance caused by balance changes in the 2nd (or 3rd, or 4th, etc.) mods, where the engine is using the version from an earlier mod. No one is perfect, however. I do my utmost to keep compatibility wherever possible, and I know most other modders do the same, but sometimes mistakes slip in, and sometimes the only way to achieve a certain result is by changing core files.
Common Universalis - No?
-I've had sporadic reports that it is possible to start up the game with no crashes, at least, but balance and polish is almost certainly unacceptably skewed due to the overlaping files.
Extended Timeline - No
-ET makes changes to the map, and does not include any of the provinces added by BT. It is not compatible, and making it compatible would be an unfeasibly large endeavour.
MEIOU & Taxes - No
-MEIOU & Taxes changes the map and is not compatible.
Veritas et Fortitudo - No
-Veritas et Fortitudo changes the map and is not compatible.
Thank you
Interestingly, I just had a suggestion for this in the "suggestions" thread today...
The answer, unfortunately, is it isn't a priority for me, as I'm focused entirely on map overhauls for the foreseeable future and Beyond Typus will remain primarily a map mod. I would have no objection if someone else wanted to make a compatibility patch, though, and I try wherever possible to make BT as compatible as a map overhaul can be.
So long as the devs at CU don't object to a comp patch being made, you should upload it yourself. It is you who merged them, after all.
I would appreciate a link back to BT's main page and/or copying the credit list from BT (& checking for new credits after major BT updates), more for the many other contributors' sake than my own, really. Bravo on merging them! I would have expected it to be a more daunting task to adapt all of the events scopes, especially.
When you have a fully functioning, polished version uploaded, let me know. I'll add a link in BT's description.
Thanks
My understanding is the project was abondoned, after it became clear the amount of work which would be involved to maintain it, and in light of CU considering map changes (which would in a more definite way break all hopes of compatibility without enormous effort).
Mind I was never the one working on it, so take that with a grain of salt (id est, is someone else says otherwise, believe them over me).
Another big reason is the rhythm of new EU dlcs and patches and the quality of them, I like each and every new dlc lately and for me this made mods obsolete, beside graphical ones that don't break Ironman. Look at the latest Development Diary, I can't wait for the next DLC. I think big mods will find find it hard to keep the pace with this Gung Ho Paradox approach.
Add to that I have to split my gaming time between EU, FM 18, Dota and a soon to be Fallout 4 Frost or Horizon gameplay, and you will understand that I lack time heavily :P
As of now my mod Reichskreis will support Beyond Typus and will take the added provinces into consideration, for example for events. Could you add it to the list?
