Description
This mod extends the life of nuclear reactors before they start running into risk of accident.


Overview
===================================================
Vanilla values set the minor, severe, and catastrophic turn timers to (10, 20, and 30) respectively.
This mod delays all of these potential problems by 20 turns, increasing the values to (30, 40, and 50).

This way, instead of having to run the Recommission Project back-to-back-to-back, you get some breathing room before maintenance is required.


Compatibility
===================================================
Can be added and removed freely from any running save. Just make sure you don't have any 30+ old Reactors if you remove from a running save. :P
Requires Gathering Storm.
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't obviously conflict. Let me know if you have any problems.

Yup, still working. It's an extremely lightweight mod so it hasn't needed any updates.

Is this mod still working normally in 2025? New Civ 6 player, just finished (won) my first game on Emperor, and I HATE how quickly the Nuclear reactors need recommissioning... They barely last 10 turns!?! What?!

I also hate how sea level rise works. What a seriously annoying and UNFUN mechanic, so going to try "Normalized Climate Change" as well..

Hey _Zee! I am trying to create a mod collection for civ 6 that shows the way I play the game. However, I have made edits to this mod for my game, so I was wondering if I could post these edits as a separate mod, while giving you full credit of course so people using my collection wouldn't have to make the edits themselves. I would of course link back to the original mod and add you as an co-author.
