Notes
1. NPCs can spawn at night, to move them into their housing right click on the house icon at the top of the vanity slots.
2. Bind Exalt Mod's and Terraria Overhaul's Dodge to the same key, I recommend F.
3. Make sure to Bind the Infinite Point System's mod to a key, I use C.
4. Fancy Lighting may reduce performance a lot, I recommend messing with its settings.
5. Supposedly if you increase DEFAULT_STACK_SIZE in tModLoader.runtimeconfig.json it can increase performance. This file is located in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\tModLoader

Known Issues
1. Some NPCs will despawn when loading into the game, however they will respawn shortly after.
2. Removed Melee Effects+ because it messed up the Sheath accessory and weapon mechanics of other mods.
3. So far it seems like secret seeds don't work
