Snap-fire Patches for Custom Factions

Adds Snap-fire abilities to custom factions. See the Snap-fire mod page for more details. No other changes were made.

Supports:
Children of Asuryan
Heretic Astartes
Chapters of the Imperium pt 1 and Chapters of the Imperium pt 2
-- The patches for Chapters of the Imperium should also cover Blood Angels Faction PvE/PvP Balance. You won't have both Blood Angels at once, but whichever one you do have should get patched by this.

FACTION: Iron Hands
FACTION: Farsight Enclaves
Reinforcements - Death Guard
Reinforcements - World Eaters
Reinforcements - Thousand Sons
Reinforcements - Dark Mechanicum
Reinforcements - Collegia Titanica
Reinforcements - Emperor's Children

You don't have to install all of them; it'll only patch the ones you have installed. It will put some messages in the game log for the missing factions, but you can ignore them.
