PATCH 9 - PHARAOH'S LEGACY

General:
- REMOVED the Helena in Gaul campaign TEMPORARILY as I believe it REALLY needs an overhaul. I don't want people playing this version at the moment.
- Difficulty bonuses and handicaps have been adjusted quite a bit. The most prominent: ALL military upkeep and cost bonuses or penalties for the AI, across *ALL* difficulties, have been removed.
- Region instability after conquest is now a lot less severe.
- Adjusted camera so you can now zoom in more on all campaign maps.
- Added a new resource: 'Hops', which is required to build taverns and inns.
- Added some new units.
- Added text at the bottom of the faction description showing what culture they are. (Latin, Mixhellene, Celtic, etc...)
- CAI is more likely to accept trade agreements. Your dream of starting a trade empire is one step closer!
- Religious zeal (the default amount of cultural influence in a region without any buildings or buffs) is now dependent on the settlement size. Minor settlements provide +1, while major settlements provide +2. The only exception to this rule are cultures that are very rare that only appear in one or two settlements, OR those who are known to be extra zealous at preserving their culture, such as the Dorian Spartans, and Latin Romans, who will recieve an extra +1.
- Fixed voices for custom factions not playing on the campaign map.
- Fixed family names across multiple cultures not "syncing."
- Fixed some eastern hair being colored when it shouldn't be.
- Various stability fixes across the game.

Grand Campaign:
- Added a new faction with its own unique subculture: Kemet, a native Egyptian faction.
- The political situation for the Norse is now a lot more interesting; there will be political parties named after and representing the different Norse clans and tribes that are involved in the expedition. Don't worry about loyalty, however, as the expedition gov type has been changed quite a bit to further represent the military expedtion. Go and see!
- Knossos has been renamed to Crete to represent the league of towns/factions on the island. Political parties and situation has been changed to reflect this as well.
- Syrcause faction group moved from Greek States to Greek Colonies.
- Odrysian Kingdom has been renamed to Odryssia. It just didn't make sense once you changed government types and it would still say kingdom.
- Troy now has its own religion/culture.
- Troy now uses Eastern event pics instead of the Greek ones.
- Made changes to the unit roster for Cyprus.
- Bruttii emergent faction replaced with a new one, Lucania.
- Campaign map art has been replaced with the Attila themed map by Idreaus.
- Capua renamed to Beneventum
- The Norse now have new and unique event pictures.
- Tweaked colors for Ebdani as to not confuse them with Arverni.
- Tweaked garrisons for Germanic factions.
- Misc bug fixes.

- Trojan cities on the battle map now properly reflect their traditional eastern architecture.
