Check Anyndael's mod for high EXP Chaos, for example.

yeah it isn't but need to add bunch of extra things for that at least as far as ı know I need to do that. I'll be doing some more research and if I canadd exp I'll.

Nice. About EXP, I just hope that I made myself clear. I was talking about starting EXP at spawn. The mad brothers had 0 EXP units, which isn't strong at turn 100+ :).

ok changed army comp. added powerful monsters + the bonus every faction gt is now +2 rec. rank + -20% raise dead cost reduction also bonuses now applies to arkhan too

I encountered the event with 3 mad brothers. It was nice, but the units should get some EXP. At least silver chevrons IMO, because they don't spawn in the early game. Also, maybe a slight variation in unit composition of the 3 armies?

As for the "buffs" concerning Hexensnacht for Arkhan, considering that Arkhan gets free units, anyway, +1 recruitment rank for fell bats, crypt ghoul, dire wolves and hexwraiths and +6 charge bonus to dire wolves and hexwraiths can hardly be called overpowered, I think :). It's a very minor buff for flavour.

the buffs you mentioned may go ok with an event that happens at 50-100 ... but 50 turn interval seems a bit too much since this should happen yearly mate

BTW I think that it would be quite cool if the buff applied to Arkhan as well. I didn't notice any changes when playing him, but maybe I missed sth.

I wanted to add it but couldn't find the correct effect for raise dead guys I'll look into it doN't worry about that. But 20 turns is cool I doN't want to make it 50 turns.
