Note, that ProceduralDensity = 0.1 is equalds to Lowest dencity
It probably would work to edit your world's save as well, but I haven't tesed it.

@joj Yes, though they are very sparse. This world has lower density of asteroids to make collisions less likely while orbiting.
Traversing overlapping gravity wells is part of what makes realism so fun though.
