Description
So we know the AI is not the best, but it has gotten better with every patch. I still think the the AI needs more boost to be competitive in the game and to make the game more entertaining for the players that want more interesting conflicts. The pace is also off, so this is a collection to address the AI in small ways to boost them and to allow the game to keep the player more alert and not just press end turn all the time. Now when the game will be more interesting, we need more balanced time line. So added a few tweaks that do just that without drastic changes.
