FRHV07 EC-HoverDefender (Enclosed Cockpit)

Mod/Scenario - None (Vanilla)


The seventh in my "First Run Hover Vehicles" series, the Enclosed Cockpit HoverDefender is a six seat, unarmed Light Personnel Transport "sold" to military ground units.
This HoverDefender is propelled by 4 Hover Engines and 2 medium thrusters in all directions, & 3 RCSs to improve handling, plus it has an additional two hover engines and a fourth RCS set to the "Max Lift" custom shortcut for use when carrying cargo. It also comes with: a detector; a 2750 SU Cargo Container; two large and eight small cargo boxes; 3 mini-fridges; a Wi-Fi; an O² Station with five O² Tanks (not only is the interior pressurised, but the front cab is also seperately pressurised from the rear compartment in case of decompression to either); and 2 armour lockers. The power generation is provided by a small generator, and it has five (normal) fuel tanks. This variant of the HoverDefender is unarmed.
- NOTE - any Mini Fridges on board come turned off by default.
- NOTE - Back steps have changed since the screenshots were taken in order to make it easier to get into the rear compartment.
- NOTE - 2 LCD Projectors have been added to the vehicle's cab since the screenshots were taken, and so the CPU will have increased by 2 and the materials cost will have increased slightly too.





Body = Steel.
Roof = Steel.
Windows/Glass = "Window S"
Deck Plating/Floor = Container Extensions & Devices.
Armour = Truss (on front).
Turning the 'Power Save' custom signal on turns the following devices off:
Wi-Fi; Door Control Motion Sensors; Light Control Lever; Holoprojection "Device & Signal Toggles" Info Screens.
The colour palette for the Enclosed Cockpit HoverDefender includes 3 options - the dull green and black "camo" that the vehicle comes in, plus a khaki and a dark blue, as shown in the pictures.
Outer Doors - Shutters on sensors, but doors manual.

Based on the British Army Land Rover Defender 90, I really only made this for a bit of fun (weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ¬.¬), but I thought I'd share it in case anyone else wants to get sabotaging Nazi airfields in the African Desert.
