[SACRED] Dragon Breath Ranged

Description
“I am fire, I am death” Smaug.

Find that dragons are too weak? Want to dominate the lands with them? Then this mod is for you. With [SACRED] Dragon Breath, the dragons will be able to use their dragon breath as “normal” ranged attacks, increasing their damage potential and allowing them to live up to their legendary potential.

Dragon breaths are available for Sun, Moon, Star, Forest, Black, Zombie (mount), Chaos (mount), Chaos Frost dragons, Terrorgheists and Bale Taurus, including many lord/hero mounts (ie. Princess, supreme sorceress, chaos lord, etc) and Elspeth's Carmine Dragon. And of course, Imrik’s five Pokémon dragons as well!

Alternative take: if you feel that dragons are underpowered, this mod would somewhat help to rebalance these units.


-- COMPATIBILITY --

If you are using other mods for lords/heroes with dragon mounts, and want to avoid compatibility issues, use this version instead.

You can have double the fun with both magic missiles and dragon breath. If you want to use this mod with [SACRED] Ranged Hero - High Elf Mage / Dark Elf Sorceress / Empire Wizard , you need to load THIS mod AFTER the corresponding [SACRED] Ranged Hero Mod.

Man thank for the update, i thought you stopped ! Dragons never feel actual dragon for me without this mod.

Hi guys, you can now get easier access to Chaos and Zombie Dragons through new mounts in the Chaos Sorcerer and Vampire Necromancers ranged hero mods. Enjoy.

No they are not. I believe cathay dragons don't have a default breath attack also (as I repurposed the "regular" breath attack animation for the ranged attack for each dragon).

Hi guys, I know there is demand for "regular unit" versions of dragon mounts like carmine dragons. To create this experience (as closely as my modding skills allow), I have updated the Ranged Hero (Empire Wizard) mod to provide carmine dragon mounts for fire, metal, shadows and death. You can use those wizards to create your carmine dragon air force.

May the spirit of shyish guide you to victory!

But beware, for the zombie and chaos dragons are watching...

no it doesnt work for chaos dragon (standalone unit). Because the default game only has chaos dragon as a mount. If the unit comes from a mod, it will not work because the dragon breath animation sets needs to be added individually for that unit.

sorry but i can't find a way to make it work with chaos dragon.. is there un submod to fix something ? (i try with Vilich, Archaon and even the Egrimm from mixu's mod, the one with and the other without the hero)

No plans to add land based dragons as of now.
