Description
After my first playthrough with a very lightweigth modlist, i am currently running this new one. It still is built around Better Advent on the enemy side and Raidey's Class Mod on the other, but adds a lot of new mods that should provide better gameplay... and difficulty.

I dropped these mods from the old list:
Perfect Information, Fixed Squad Size, Extended Dark Events, Blackmarket Usage

I replaced Fixed Squad Size with Larger Starting Squad, so my squad size can now go from 6 up to 8. This was necessary due to the new enemies and gameplay mods that make the game a good deal harder than before.
I replaced Extended Dark Events with Additional Dark Events. Now that ADE got an option to turn off the parts that conflict with Better Pods, i might as well give it a spin.
Perfect Info and Blackmarket Usage were just dropped because i didn't think their additional infos are that important, after all.

Alright, what else is new? I made a new plugin for Better Advent that enables to use other enemy mods alongside it without hiccups. That's obviously enabled. As extra enemies i chose the MEC Breacher, Muton Centurion, Elite Viper and Advent Priest. They fill some holes in the enemy lineup that A Better Advent doesn't fill all that well yet.

Other Important Gameplay Mods:
Configurable Protect Device and TimerTweaks: These two mods provide the necessary time to deal with the new stuff and the slower progression due to the other mods.
EU Aim Rolls and Cover Damage Reduction: Making damage less 'critty' and cover more important lead to prolonged firefights.
Mission Penalty Rebalance: Lets us skip missions if the situation calls for it. Makes Terror missions more important.
Landed UFOs on Day 1: Some more variance in the raids is nice.
