- added Railways: for that nice industrial look (just eyecandy, no real deliveries)

Place a Railway Spawner on the map, it will zap to the map edge. Click its button to create a railway and to specify the amount of wagons. A freight train will pass by once every hour. It comes with two eye candy traffic signs as well. You can rotate the spawner in all directions, thus creating a horizontal or vertical railway. Horizontal rails can cross a single/double lane road - if you want you can put a pressure pad onto the top rail and wire it to the traffic lights of a Roadgate, so it will close when a train crosses the road.

- added Gravel Fence
- expanded the menu tooltips of objects which can be used by prisoners/staff: it now displays which Need(s) it can settle.
- Superior Bench can now be used to settle comfort needs.
- Sink & Mirror can now settle Hygiene needs (was forgotten to be defined by the devs).

- the Wall Light can now be found where the other modded lights are in the objects menu. It is now using a spawner object, to prevent it being unable to be unloaded from a helicopter.
Improvements: you can now also place it on the edge of a wall, and you can place Wall Lights on the same wall on top of each other, so two lights can lit up the two rooms adjacent to the wall. (First place one light, and once it's placed by a workmen, put another one to the opposite direction.)

- fixed renderdepth issue with basketball scoreboard
- adjusted renderdepth on Solitary doors so a door servo falls behind
- tweaked crematorium a bit, coffins will now slide into the oven before the door closes
- fixed sprite misalignment with Fire sprites (some were showing a bit of another fire sprite)
- fixed sprite misalignment with DLC floors: Lunar, Bamboo, Padded, Grass/Stones, SandStone, LimeStone (missing 1 pixel row to the left, so they produced ugly vertical lines on the map)
