- updated BorderChanger
- changed all Construction times for added content to 0
- updated DLC walls/floors to be in line with the rest of the materials (so they now use either Concrete or FloorMaterial and cost the same as the rest of the walls/floors)

Changed in this version:
- added new room icons to the UI,
- updated objects.spritebank so the objects in the menu don't have mismatched sprites,
- added some new properties to various objects/floor materials,
- opening lottery safe to store the cash is made high priority,
- removed recycling research, so you can start immedtiately with setting up the garbage chain.

Compatible with Rock and all DLC.
