- fixed renderdepth issue with Tesla-matic & Boring/HQ/Limo FilingCabinets
- added Recruit/Promote Gang members, to toggle an existing prisoner to be a gang member
- Recruit/Promote toggles between Soldier, Lieutenant, Legendary, but cannot make the prisoner normal again.
- fixed blank sprite on BeeHive
- fixed sprite misalignment with GrassTurf and Exit Sign
- updated BorderChanger, Indoor/Outdoor button now immediately toggles the floor tile
- fixed bug in Traffic Terminal where it would not put Stack Transferrer back on proper spot after it moved to x/y/ 1/1
- fixed CTD during execution, Execution Witness didn't like to get Loaded into nothing upon spawning (used to work)

- temporarily disabled the Sellable property on Lights. Since using ImmediateMaterials is bugged in the game (no deliveries will take place at all when using cheats), lights would stay on a default truck and not be unloaded.

- temporary solution for island maps: removed requirements on Deliveries/Garbage/Exports rooms, so that you don't need to place a traffic terminal/cargo stations/chinook helipads when starting a pure Island Map. If you don't use the terminal, then the default game takes it over and introduces its own bugs for you to play with.

- added Sand Fence
- fixed bug in Traffic Terminal where it would not teleport prisoners from another Traffic Terminal
- fixed renderdepth on intake truck
- adjusted renderdepth on cargo stations
- streetmanagar and traffic terminal are now a bit taller, so you can click them easier
- arriving prisoners will be sorted beneath their little panels at the traffic terminal
- fixed bug in intake truck where it would not teleport prisoners back when truck gets deleted

- fixed StreetManager not showing all various truck skins after the last game update
- added a Show Truck Skin button to it, so you can see all chosen vehicle sprites
- fixed chinook firebrigade emergency call-out being attached to a hose on the left map side after the last game update
- changed advanced roads grant 7/7 to only use 1 chinook firebrigade (so without the bugging emergency station)
