This mod increases garrison units ranks by +1 every 10 turns
will this work on customized garrisons too?

It should work
This mod seems to work pretty seamlessly with radious. I've tested it quite a bit and it works great.
I'll test SFO when it comes out as well to see if there are any crashes or problems.

Thanks for testing, I don't personally play with Radious / SFO but I tried to stay as compatible as I could

I have a problem loading the game. I get an error and a window that says: the following mods cause crash to the database:

bjg_basic_custom_garrison.pack
The first invalid database record is 7817 in the table armed_citizenry_units_to_unit_groups_juncitions_tables and pack file bjg_basic_custom_garrison.pack

I've already played this mod and everything was fine
I didn't add anything new

Does this not work with units and/or factions added by other mods or am I not doing something right? Playing Cataph's Southern Realms and I cannot any units to the garrison and all the units in the garrison recruitment panel have a recruit time of -1 turns and cannot be recruited.
I've seen the same issue with the -1 turns for Reikland when trying to recruit units from Guns of the Empire into the garrison.

To work with mod added units it needs a compatibility patch, just write me a list of mods you want compatibility with and ill add a patch for them
