There are two problems which seem inherent to CE itself: pawns sometimes getting stuck "running for cover" when getting naded and raiders wasting their ammo trying to breach through walls and mountains. I'm trying to find a fix.

Survive the best management game like its a MilSim in the most complete and streamlined package.

Olá. Using Combat Extended as a base, we are going to turn Rimworld into a super hard, brutally realistic tactical survival/horror game by making everything unpredictable, fatal and anxiety inducing.

Our aim here is enhancing all things Combat/Tactics related to make your game HARDCORE; all while keeping it as vanilla and streamlined as possible, with even better performance. Additional mods are only must-have QoL, Gap-Filling, Ambiance and Re-Texturing mods (from top to bottom).

All Alerts and Messages that your colonists wouldn't naturally know or see have been disabled, such as raids, sieges, infestations, etc. The Fog of War will be at its maximum, so be proactive. This has been done through BUM instead of using the mod "Silent Raids," which didn't cover everything, so you will need the modconfig file for everything to work as intended.

Instructions:

For the optimal experience use only the mods in the collection, for I have spent dozens of hours perfecting it.

1.Download and install Fishery and Performance Fish Mods

2. Click Subscribe to All below and wait for the mods to finish downloading.

3. Download and unzip the .xml files in PTSDRimworldModConfigs.7z into your Users\<yourname>\AppData\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config.

4. Download and unzip RimPy anywhere. Open the .exe, Sort your mods, Save, and Run!

5. Once in game, go to Options, Interface, and turn Character Highlighting to "None".

For a challenging game:

Before generating your map, leave only one tribal faction On as they will fill the pool of raids and are generally much easier to deal with then the other factions.

Only play with Ideology On for role-playing purposes as it's completely unbalanced.

Let the Monolith be active from the start so you can suffer more.
