5.3 Update WIP.

List should be stable, I'm still tweaking for QOL and balancing purposes. Bloody hands causes a crash in the first 20 turns or so, you can just "fow off" and kill command them or confederate them into a different greenskin faction. Otherwise I've experienced no noticeable issues over 60 turns.

Once your list is working, please use copy to data so that the mods stop updating in case something breaks. You can still update mods manually by copy to data but be careful.

I am actively using this modlist for co-op multiplayer. No mods that can passively cause desyncs should be included. Some mods might cause desyncs when activated. If you discover this, just avoid using that feature and feel free to let me know. I avoided including any units except for a few legendary and ror because I dislike roster bloat. I have added an absurd amount of faction effect and skill tree mods. Faction effects are extremely unique, very powerful and legendary lords have extremely long skill trees with rewarding capstones. Legendary lords have access to extremely powerful magic if you choose to abuse it. This mod list should be safe as a base for building your own mod list.

Disruptive mods that are safe to remove:
1. Living world, uses scripts for vastly different starting locations. Remove if you don't like the locations.
2. Legendary Lords of Legendary Master SFO: Makes caster legendary lords really overpowered.
3. Helper UI, clutters stats cards a lot, I usually consult TWW Stats anyways. if you remove this, you must add

Decky's new techs are currently missing for dark elves and khorne but it has no negative effects. I heard it can be fixed by adding the faction specific mod.
